Dynamic Test Solutions (DTS) was founded in 2003 by a team of individuals with vast experience in the semiconductor loadboard design business. Headquartered in Singapore, the company is structured to support the design, fabrication and assembly of both custom and generic PCBss for wafer and package test applications and provide complete turn-key ATE hardware solutions.

Our History

On July 1st, 2013, DTS announces the merger with MC Test Products. The merger with MC Test will expedite the launch of DTS into the Silicon Valley Bay Area. MC Test is headquartered in San Jose California and was established in 1984. The combination of DTS and MC Test will greatly enhance their global presence and support network to the semiconductor test market.

DTS re-establishes its USA support team, including direct sales, applications engineering, design and customer service. On March 1st, DTS signs an exclusive agreement with Nikad Electronics Ltd for the sales, support and distribution of all DTS products in Europe and Israel

Dynamic Test Solutions Asia acquires all shares from Tessolve and becomes an independent company. Corporate headquarters are relocated to Singapore, where engineering, manufacturing operations, logistics and corporate management reside.

Dynamic Test Solutions Incorporated (DTS Inc.), an Arizona Corporation, is acquired by Tessolve Services Pte Ltd. DTS Inc and becomes "TessolveDTS", fully owned by Tessolve India. Dynamic Test Solutions Asia (DTSA), a Singapore Company, continues as a joint venture company with no changes.

Established DTSA Philippines office located in Alabang. The DTSA Philippines facility provides local sales support, customer service and design engineering to the Philippines customer base.

Established an Asian headquarters in Singapore under the name of Dynamic Test Solutions Asia Pte Ltd (DTSA). DTSA was established to provide full design and manufacturing support to all customers in the Asia Pacific region. Satellite offices have been established in the region to provide local support in various countries throughout Asia.

DTS acquired the Loadboard business unit of Kulicke & Soffa. (included the loadboard units of former companies; Probe Technology, Performance Test, Cerprobe, CompuRoute and OZTek). This acquisition enhanced both the DTS personnel as well as transferring many years of historical databases, tester templates, libraries, and other intellectual properties dedicated to the ATE board and design business. DTS continues to support old part numbers produced by the former companies obtained thru acquisitions.

Global Service & Support

DTS has built its reputation on providing outstanding customer service. Taking that service and support directly to the customer in locations throughout the world is what differentiates DTS from the competition. DTS has built a global organization that includes sales, customer service, applications engineering and technical support in all key geographic regions. Corporate headquarters is located in Singapore with data systems linked to all key world areas to give the customers the benefit of working with direct DTS personnel in their specific locations, language and time zones. Multinational customers benefit by receiving the same support and service in all world areas. Access to databases and documentation from any DTS location is critical to supporting customer operations throughout the globe. DTS field operations include sales, customer service and applications engineers to work face-to-face with customers in all locations throughout the world.

DTS Quality

DTS takes Quality seriously and employs a series of QA/QC checks throughout the entire process. Beginning at the initiation of a new job, we carefully check all customer supplied inputs, conduct multiple quality checks thru the design process and provide a comprehensive QC inspection of the final data package. DTS Engineers utilize CAM350 software with custom scripts to execute an automated and thorough QC of the CAM files, prior to releasing the project for fabrication.

DTS stands behind its products and warrants all boards to be free of electrical or mechanical defects for a period of 90 days after shipment!
